New Rules 2009/2010 |

As you may already be aware, there are some new rules coming into affect for the start of the 2009/2010 season. We are already using them in the summer leagues so it would pay to get yourself familiar with them, as they are looking like having a fairly major impact on the game.
1. Self pass from free hits. From any free hit you are now able to pass to yourself as long as it is two distinct movements. This includes 16-yard hits and sideline hits - so you don't have to find a pass or revert to the 'smack it has hard as possible' routine, you can simpleplay it to yourself and get the game going.
2. Crash ball into the D. Any free hit by the attacking team in the '25 cannot be played directly into the D. It must travel 5m and then be touched by another player before it enters the D, or the player can self-pass, run 5m then attack the D.

 Joy as NTHC's mens indoor calimed the trophy for winning division 2 of the Hampshire indoor league! But heartbreak as they lost the plate final 3 - 5 to Eastleigh. |

Just to confirm:
Mens 1st XI gained promotion but lost out on the league title.
Mens 2nd XI just managed to avoid relegation due to goal-difference!
Ladies 3rd XI were unfortunately relegated.
All the other sides remain where they were.
